Feeling a hell of alot better..

(Yes I update my journal daily. I'm sad like that)

Well today was strange. I had to go into school to for DT coursework and seeing it was the only "extra session" i'd be able to attend I figured I had better go. It wasn't actually too bad- after dragging myself there for 11, I pretty much sat with Joe (who I pursuaded to buy me a jacket potato...) and Kerry and Darren and Rachel Johnson (???) and drew pictures of food. And labelled them. And coloured them. Great. Problem is I only got 2 1/2 done and theres sort of another 6 1/2 to go.

Then I got home and went to bed because that kind of activity tires me out for the day. I started one of my "Summer Reading" books which is called How I Live Now and it's actually really cool.. why is it all of the books I bought all have wars and bombs on trains as subjects in their at some point? I wasn't aware of this when i bought them, it's kind of scary.

I also finished Knife Edge, which was really really really really really really really sad. Which didn't surprise me, but I spent most of yesterday afternoon moping about that anyway.

All in all I do not feel suicidal. Which is never a bad thing.

first of all - Glamorous Indie Rock & Roll- The Killers. best song on the album. brought me to tears when i saw them in concert and also the song that was playing while i snogged daisy last year.

secondly, chill out about your d+t work. im guessing your doing food tech (correct if wrong) but i did it. and hey, if i can get the folder done and get a reasonable grade, you can too lol. what topic is your folder on? cant be worse than veggetarian quiches :P

ps. is 'how i live now' about a girl called daisy? if it is, tell me if its any good coz i was thinking about buying it after reading the cover in ottikers whilst waiting for HBP

Yes it is that book, and i'm really really enjoying it. If you like books about people falling in love with their cousins. What am i saying? That'll suit you perfectly.. BUY IT! Or borrow it of me if you can't be bothered. When i'm finished (which won't be long).

And that song is brilliant *sniffs*

Yea, cos ya know what? I'm gay like that...

So what if she updates daily! It gives me something interesting to read. I look on Abbi's journal to see if she has updated every day (YES. I'm aware I'm a sad anti-social loser, I'm over that now). And she DOESN'T

So, yesh.. Summer reads. I have 2, one called Beauty. Its about Beauty and the Beast no less. :O Just a re-doing of it. And Don't Read This If Your Stupid.

Such a silly name. It's a collection of novellas about suicide and bombs. It sounds all good...
And I have 3 Manga books! I read one earlier this year and got used to the way it was printed. I was amazed.

So, have fun in Cubaaaaaaaaaa, Lucy. I'm off to Cornwall tomorrow. Oh yayz.
